All sales are final

Scryx Awake Bot licenses are digital products that are delivered immediately. Once a license key has been sent to you, we do not offer refunds, whether or not you have activated or used it.

Right of withdrawal

By buying a license you ask for the key to be delivered straight away, and you agree that you lose your right of withdrawal (cancellation) once the key has been delivered.

Situations that are not refunded

• You changed your mind or no longer need the bot.
• You did not use all the days of your license.
• The bot does not work on your server, PC or game client. Please ask us on Discord before buying if you are unsure.
• Your game account was warned, suspended or banned. Botting may break your server's rules and you use the bot at your own risk.
• Your license was revoked because it was shared, resold or used to bypass the license system.

If something is wrong with your key

If your key does not work, was never delivered, or you were charged twice by mistake, contact us on Discord. We will fix the problem or send you a working key.

Moving to a new PC

A license is locked to one PC. You can move it yourself on the My license page (once every 7 days) instead of buying a new one.
